Mini hearing aid dryer
The new dry-turbo cd 2® with a turbo fan achieves perfect drying after just 30 minutes. During this time, 2.45 cubic meters of room air flow around the hearing systems at a pressure of 28 pascals. The result is perfect drying. Drying is much more efficient and faster than with conventional dry boxes and the hearing systems are not thermally stressed. The new dry-turbo cd 2® is therefore suitable for all hearing systems, both with batteries and rechargeable batteries.
In addition, hygiene using UV light ensures the cleanliness of hearing systems. LEDs with a wavelength of 450 nm have an antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect and thus contribute to hygiene. This protects the hearing systems and prevents inflammation. The new dry-turbo cd 2® is a medical device and meets the high requirements for medical devices (class I) of the Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

At just 1 watt, the turbo is significantly more energy efficient than other systems. Drying is much more efficient and faster than with conventional dry boxes and there is no thermal load on the hearing aids.
The included Hygiene Pad® is a great accessory for safely placing a cleaning brush and batteries. The non-slip medical material makes it easy to handle hearing aid care on a daily basis, is soft, washable and provides space for hearing aids, cleaning brushes and batteries. After pre-cleaning, the dry-turbo cd 2® is simply placed over the Hygiene-Pad®.
The dry-turbo cd 2® is switched on by simply pressing the button. The reduction to just one button with tactile feedback leaves no room for interpretation and is much more user-friendly. Hold down the button for more than 3 seconds to turn off the device. Glowing LEDs signal drying.
Whether at home or on the go when traveling, the dry-turbo cd 2® hearing aid dryer works on a 5V USB basis and can therefore also be used in hotels, cars, on a PC, TV or audio equipment. A standard USB 2.0 connection is completely sufficient for this purpose.
UV light (450 nm) is used in medicine to treat acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and wound healing. UV light also contributes to hygiene thanks to its antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect.
