Moisture, bodily secretions, and earwax can significantly impair the function of AI and AR-based devices, as well as other sensitive electronics. That's why we've introduced dry-glasses uv®, a revolutionary innovation that expands the fields of audiology and optometry.
Highlights:
The patented SMART mode automatically determines the optimal drying time between 90, 120, or 180 minutes based on the current dry room temperature and humidity measured by the integrated sensor.
Drying is carried out by two fans that direct 9.8 cubic meters of room air per hour onto AI or hearing glasses, including the charger, without damaging the batteries.
The five UV-C light-emitting diodes emit a wavelength of 275 nm through a wide opening angle, eliminating 99.99% of all viruses, bacteria, and fungi in just 5 minutes. This has been confirmed by an accredited institute with a certificate.
The new dry-glasses uv® also features a universal USB power supply with 4 country-specific adapters. In addition to the USB-C input, the device has another USB-C output that allows a 5V/2A charger to be connected with the 30 cm USB-C cable. Drying, sanitizing, and charging hearing aids simultaneously from a single power outlet is convenient.
The new dry-glasses uv® is a medical device and meets the high requirements for medical devices (Class I) of the Medical Devices Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
The new dry-glasses uv® will be available from December 2025.
